i most commonly write about topics in science and technology studies (sts), continuing from my cross-disciplinary undergraduate training in social theory + statistics.
past finished and current unfinished projects include writing on artificial intelligence (hardware, software, production processes, resource needs, invisible labor, and theories of cognition / perception), pharmacology (prescription, marketing, relation to social class and historical processes), and climate change (phenomenologies of time + risk in relation to predictions, evolutionary game theory of collective action problems, political action in the face of climate catastrophe).
